By accessing or using UnveilR (“the Service”), available at unveilrapp.comand our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UnveilR (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

UnveilR is a personal development and self-help tool. It is not a medical service, mental health service, psychotherapy, counseling, or crisis intervention service. The content and AI coaching provided by UnveilR are for personal growth, reflection, and education only.

UnveilR offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. The free tier includes access to all 7 stages and their exercises. Premium features include:
We reserve the right to change the features available in each tier at any time with reasonable notice.
Premium subscriptions are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (depending on the plan selected) and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain premium access until then.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time Premium subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at aleksander22@gmail.com for a full refund. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable.
Coaching sessions are separate from Premium subscriptions and are governed by the booking terms presented at the time of scheduling. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
You retain ownership of all content you create in UnveilR, including journal entries, rebirth letters, mantras, and chat messages (“User Content”).
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
We do not use your personal journal entries, chat messages, or User Content to train AI models or share them with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your User Content. You agree not to use the Service to create, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
The AI coach feature uses Anthropic's Claude model. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

The Service, including its design, software, content, program structure, exercises, stage framework, and all related materials, is owned by UnveilR and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
If your account is terminated due to a Terms violation, you are not entitled to a refund of any subscription fees paid.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UnveilR and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law (such as liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct in certain jurisdictions).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnveilR and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
